On July 14, Disney will release the new Hannah Montana CD. I really hate her new techno sound. It sounds like she is trying too hard. One track is about how hot she is (Supergirl). Another sounds like something from a Raffi album just by hearing the title (Ice Cream Freeze -- It's also inappropriate because it's about an all-night jam -- could get suggestive!). One song, featuring David Archuleta, barely has any parts where he sings (I Wanna Know You). Another is completely sung by Mitchel Musso -- I hate how Disney is trying to get everyone to sing (Let's Make This Last 4Ever) Finally, I'd like to point out that there is a song from season 2 on this CD -- I wouldn't have even put it on Hannah Montana 2 -- It's If We Were a Movie featuring Corbin Bleu. It was featured in one episode. (BTW - horrid vocals from Corbin - I was expecting better) What were they thinking?
UPDATE: Hannah Montana 3 will be released earlier than the prior date. It will now be releasd on July 7th. With the help of God, Paramore's single, Ignorance (Which will be released on the same day), will defeat HM3 on the charts!
